DAVID CRADDUCK

 

David is a Spotlight registered actor with over half a century of experience in live theatre, film and TV, in both non-professional and professional productions.

 

He has appeared as a Supporting Artist in programmes like Poldark and His Dark Materials, and films such as Rocketman, On Chesil Beach, Last Christmas and Dolittle. He has appeared in real life dramas including Close Calls on Camera and The World’s Most Evil Killers.


He has acted in well over 100 stage productions including Tom Jones, Charley’s Aunt, Oliver!, Merry Wives of Windsor, The Ghost Train, Alice, Shadowlands, Noises Off, The Wind in the Willows and Murdered to Death and has been on the production team for two spoof Bond films (Diamonds are For Trevor and Never Say Trevor Again) as producer, location manager, stun plane/bike/car chase coordinator, drone camera operator and general gofer.

He is no stranger to Murder Mysteries and has taken part in three village-wide, all-day versions. He is delighted to be joining the team of Murder We Wrote, having recently moved to North Devon.

Wearing another hat, David is an established theatre critic and has his own review site, Southern Arts Reviews.
